Rettenbach
An incomparable natural experience!
The Rettenbach with its small side streams is a beautiful mountain stream in the Salzkammergut, which flows into the river Traun. It is characterized by a good structuring, larger stones interrupt the course of the river and again and again there are beautiful gums, in which many fish are swimming. The water has an excellent fish stock of brown trouts and in the lower part you can also find rainbow trouts and graylings, which rise from the Traun. The stream is located in the upper part far from the inhabited area and offers an incomparable natural experience. Just dry-purists and lovers of soft equipment will get their money's worth.
