General Terms And Conditions
All our sales are subject to the following terms and conditions, any conflicting terms and conditions are not binding on us, even if they are stated on the order and have not been expressly contradicted by us in writing. The contract, order and business language is German.
1. Ordering options
You can order from us in writing, by fax, by phone or by internet. We strive to process all incoming orders as quickly as possible.
All prices listed in the online shop are gross prices and include the statutory VAT. All prices are subject to change. Errors, price changes and printing errors reserved.
Please indicate your preferred payment method when placing your order. Payment options: credit cards, PayPal, prepayment, direct debit or cash on delivery. All invoice amounts are to be transferred free of charge in euros to the specified account without any deduction.
The goods are dispatched by post or parcel service. The mode of transport is reserved to us in any case. In the event of any part or non-delivery, no damages can be claimed by the consumer/customer.
5. Shipping costs
The costs for transport, packaging and insurance are communicated before delivery. These are calculated according to country of delivery and scope of delivery. In addition, and in the case of express deliveries, we charge the applicable tariffs. Cash on delivery charges are covered by us. From an order value of 50 Euro we deliver free of postage within Austria and from 100 Euro to Germany.
6. Subsequent deliveries
Subsequent deliveries are usually free of postage. Items with a value of less than 25 Euro will not be held back. We ask for an alternative or later reorder.
7. Minimum order value
Our minimum order value is 25 euros for the domestic market and 35 euros for all other EU countries.
8. Exchange – Right of return for consumers/consumers
You have the right, if an item does not correspond to you, to return it to us unused and original packaged within 14 days. You will either receive a credit – the amount – will be credited to your customer account – or refunded to your bank account. Costs incurred by us (such as postage and packaging) are deducted. The purchase contract becomes effective upon receipt of the goods by your approval. The approval shall be deemed to have been granted if you do not send us another message or return the delivered goods within the 14-day approval period. All returns to us must be sent “free of charge.” We do not cover postage costs for returns. Excluded from exchange and return are books, videos, promotional items, exhibits as well as custom-made items and items showing signs of wear. No return or exchange for business customers. Packages returned “non-free” to us are not accepted and are therefore automatically returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Excluded commercial supplies to business customers.
9. Transport damage
Damage to transport must be reported to the responsible carrier immediately upon receipt of the goods, otherwise the delivered goods shall be deemed to have been approved. Goods not accepted due to transport damage must be returned to us “free” within a period of 3 days in unused condition. The return of the goods is at the risk of the customer.
10. Reservation of title
All delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all our principal and incidental charges. We are entitled to collect the object of purchase in exercise of the retention of title. The Purchaser hereby waives the right to assert any objection to infringement of ownership or revocation or claims.
11. Late payment
If the purchaser is in default with the fulfilment of his payment obligations, we may demand performance and compensation for damages due to late performance or – even after handing over the goods – withdraw from the contract subject to an appropriate grace period. In the latter case, we are entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price (net invoice amount). We reserve the right to assert a higher damage in any case. On amounts due, the consumer shall pay default interest equal to our financing costs, but at least 5% p. a. For business customers 8. 38% p. a.
12. Warranty – Warranty
The warranty conditions of the goods are based on the voluntary warranty provisions of the respective producer or supplier. We will be happy to inform you about the corresponding warranty periods and warranty conditions. The warranty claims are governed by the statutory provisions. The statutory warranty period is 24 months. In any case, the purchase invoice must be submitted to settle the warranty/warranty. The costs for transport, packaging and insurance are communicated before delivery. The postage costs shall be borne by the customer.
5020 Salzburg is agreed as place of performance and place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from contracts with us. The application of Austrian law is expressly agreed.

All image and film rights are owned by us or our partners. The use of pictures or films, even in part, is not permitted without our express written consent.
16. Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. However, the period does not begin until the purchase contract has become binding for you by your approval of the purchased item.
